Thank you for choosing HomanMade! Every dessert is baked fresh to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer. Because of the time, planning, and ingredients involved in custom baking, please review the following policies before placing your order.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date.
The remaining balance is due 7 calendar days before your scheduled pickup. Orders with an unpaid balance after the due date may be canceled without further notice, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations

Because ingredients are purchased and production time is reserved specifically for your order, deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at HomanMade's discretion, depending on how far in advance the cancellation is received and whether production has begun.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are offered only in limited circumstances.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact HomanMade within 24 hours of pickup.
To be considered for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned substantially intact for inspection. Products that have been mostly consumed are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Quality Concerns

If we made an error in your order, such as providing the incorrect product or failing to fulfill the agreed-upon design, we will work with you to make it right.
Refunds are not provided solely because a flavor, texture, or decoration does not meet personal preference when the order was prepared as requested.

Pickup & Transportation

Please inspect your order at pickup.
Once your order has been picked up, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. HomanMade cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during transportation, handling, or storage after pickup.

Storage

For best quality, please follow any storage instructions provided with your order. HomanMade is not responsible for product quality after pickup if recommended storage instructions are not followed.

Allergens

Products are prepared in a home kitchen that processes common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, HomanMade cannot guarantee that products are free of allergens.
