Q: Do you offer anything other than what is on your website?
A: Yes! Just fill out a custom order request and I will gladly work with you to make what you are looking for.

Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Holiday specials are specifically detailed regarding completion dates. Items purchased outside of holiday orders have a 1 week turn around time. Custom orders are completed based upon the date requested.

Q: Can you ship?
A: Absolutely! There is a shipping fee and the 1 week turn around time applies. 

Q: Can you rush my order?
A: Maybe. Please contact me before placing your order. Rush ordering will depend on current availability and the product you are looking for. A rush fee will be applied.

Q: How will I know when my order is ready for pick up or delivery?
A: You will have received communication once you've placed your order regarding a pick up or delivery time.

Q: I was given an item from an order, but I'm not sure if I'm allergic to anything in it. Can I see the ingredient list? 
A: Of course, please click on the link to see your ingredient list.

Q: What do I do if my question is not answered on here?
A: Please fill out a Contact Form and you will receive a response in a timely manner.
